2009 - 2010 – Own funded
2011 – Obtained a Bank facility including Import Facilitation and working capital. Through property Mortgage and stock Mortgages – Pan Asia Bank @ rate of 12% per annum Rs 10M Import Facility and 4 M Over draft 4 M for guarantees and Bond
2012 – Enhance the Facility by increasing the Mortgages Increased to 18 M Imports Facility 5 M OD 5 M Guarantees and Bond
2013 – Increased capital required to set up Synergy Prosthetics and Orthotics Division, Private equity from angel Investors.
2014 – Moved the Import facility to HNB (Hatton National Bank) with AWPLR + 2.5% with total Facility of 60 M
2015 – Renegotiated the terms with Bank to enhance the import and working capital and obtained special facility for SPC tenders against LC for import and supply orders for SPC. 100% LC facility against LC opened value by SPC up to Rs 200 M Rate of Interest AWPLR +2.5%
